Prince and Sandra Wallace’s passion is and has always been creating a legacy for current and future generations. The core of their Family Legacy is their values. The Wallaces see their values as the central asset and the nucleus of all assets that will be handed down from one generation to the next. As a team, with solid core values that sustain, they emphasize personal development and increase wealth for all stakeholders. Their core value is a win-win concept which includes genuine caring for people, integrity, sharing of wealth, hard work, developing creativity, and pride in self and product/service. Their mission is passing wealth from generation to generation.

The business sector of the Wallace Family Legacy started in 1987 when Prince and Sandra acquired Independent Packing Services (IPSI). As president, Sandra and her team grew the company to be the largest provider of design-build specialty crating in Minnesota. As a Customer Intimate company, the mission is to provide “Peace of Mind” to its clients.

West Central Environmental Consultants (WCEC) was the second acquisition. This company primarily focuses on unique environmental remediation solutions such as the Ebola virus protocol or the HPAI (Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza). Matrix Environmental was the third acquisition. This company specializes in characterization of contaminated sites. Matrix provides this service both nationally and internationally. This company’s vision is to be the global leader in characterizing contaminated sites.
Other companies in the family portfolio are WCEC IS, a waste water treatment plant, PSA, a drilling company, and Info Link, a provider of internet services.

The Wallace Family Legacy is also to give back to their communities. Philanthropy is a major sector under the Family Legacy. Their philanthropic vision is assisting individuals achieve their full human potential through education and personal development and the mission is to provide resources for education and personal development. The Wallaces have served on many boards: Trustee and former Regent on St. John’s University Board, Chairman of Employers Association Board, and currently on MRA Board. Other past Boards includes Twin Cities Rise, Junior Achievement, and North Hennepin Community College Foundation. As a team, Prince and Sandra participate in the mentoring program “Imagine the Possibilities” at Risen Christ Catholic School.

Born in Nassau, Bahamas, Prince came to Minnesota in 1964. He attended St. John’s University and Minnesota School of Business, majoring in Accounting and Business Administration. Sandra is from St. Cloud, Minnesota. She studied nursing at St. Mary’s Junior College and practiced nursing as a RN for 21 years before becoming president of IPSI.

The Wallaces will celebrate their 48th year of marriage and are blessed with a wonderful family: Greg and his wife Jenn, Joseph and his wife Annie, and Andrea and her husband Mike. They have nine grandchildren: four wonderful boys and five beautiful girls.
