POSITION SUMMARY
The ND Program Coordinator is a full-time position that will support the growth and expansion of JA North's highly impactful experiential learning programs. We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented person who desires interaction with middle school and high school students served under our key JA North initiatives. This position will be an integral part of our strategy to expand JA programs statewide. This multi-faceted position will meet with school administrators to expand JA programs into new school districts, and support students and educators as they complete high-impact programming. This position will help host program-focused events, including Company of the Year Competitions, Finance Park Mobile Launches, and potentially Ignite and/or Pitch Fest. Some North Dakota/Eastern Montana area daytime travel is required. The occasional evening or weekend will be required as well.
POSITION STATUS: Full-time, non-exempt, benefits available
COMPENSATION RANGE: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support students in gaining confidence and essential life skills through JA North’s programs

Work closely with the supervisor to ensure a strategy is implemented to achieve superior stakeholder experience while exceeding program goals

Act as a JA Programs subject matter expert and primary contact for all program participants and stakeholders

Promote employee engagement with Corporate Partners through volunteerism and program events
-
Develop and deliver presentations to school districts

Establish relationships with school districts that culminate in new and increased Experiential Learning Programming
-
Work with supervisor to meet the JA Program support needs of satellites and school districts outlined in MOUs
-
Plan and execute program-focused events, including support of JA Mission Focused Breakfast
-
Knowledge and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion

Special assignments and programs support as assigned by supervisor

Set up, reset, and maintain mobile experiential learning spaces before and after each visit, ensuring smooth transitions between locations

Gain and apply knowledge of program operations, mobile logistics, software systems, and equipment used in the simulations

Collaborate with the team to create and deliver summer programs that utilize the mobile units.

Participate in additional projects as needed to support mobile learning and JA North initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Ability to prioritize multiple assignments, think ahead, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure

Strong communication skills and experience. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively using verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office environment and with databases

POSITION SUMMARY
The Relationship Manager role is a full-time position that helps grow youth confidence in JA programs and helps manage and grow critical community relationships to develop strong program partnerships, fundraising opportunities, and corporate employee engagement. This is a multi-faceted position that will help expand JA programming in ND schools while simultaneously working to generate funding for JA programs and engage new or emerging partners in volunteerism, events, and employee giving. The Relationship Manager is a skilled relationship builder and steward of community partnerships and has experience establishing new partnerships. The ideal candidate will be deeply engaged in communities throughout North Dakota. The Relationship Manager is a member of the Regional Operations Team, reporting to the Vice President.
POSITION STATUS: Full-time, exempt, benefits available
COMPENSATION RANGE: $55,000 - $65,000
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop, cultivate, and solicit both emerging and established Corporate and Foundation Partners, as identified with the Vice President

Actively engage with and manage a portfolio of funding and programmatic prospects, including cultivation, solicitation, closing of gifts, and stewardship
-
Works closely with the Vice President to ensure a comprehensive corporate development strategy is implemented to achieve superior customer service while exceeding funding and program goals.

Promotes employee engagement with Corporate Partners through volunteerism, special events, and employee giving

Create and deliver funding/sponsorship proposals and event solicitations
-
Develop and deliver presentations to companies/school districts when appropriate
-
Work with the Advancement team to promote/deliver special events and generate program funding
-
Steward corporate relationships and gifts generated, ensuring fulfillment of funding objectives
-
Support Programming efforts throughout the region by building relationships with corporate partners/volunteers and school district partnerships

Establish relationships with school districts that culminate in signed Memorandums of Understanding

Work with the Program team to meet the program support needs of satellites and school districts outlined in MOUs. We provide professional development opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-5 years of corporate fundraising, business development, or equivalent experience
- Bachelor’s degree OR Equivalent experience
- Ability to successfully cultivate and solicit corporate gifts
- Track record of achieving goals
- Possess exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills, as well as strong communication skills
- Committed to quality and integrity, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and to foster teamwork by exhibiting JA North’s value-based behaviors
