Sara Dziuk serves as President and CEO of Junior Achievement North, where she leads the organization’s mission to equip young people with the skills and mindset to build thriving communities. Since stepping into the role in 2020, Sara has worked closely with the Board of Directors, staff, and partners to expand JA North’s reach and deepen its impact across Minnesota, North Dakota, and western Wisconsin. 

Under Sara’s leadership, Junior Achievement North has grown into one of the region’s most impactful youth-serving nonprofits. Through partnerships with thousands of business and community volunteers, JA North delivers immersive learning experiences—such as BizTown, Finance Park, Dream Accelerator, and 3DE—that connect classroom learning to real-world success and help close opportunity gaps for young people. 

Sara is a collaborative and strategic leader with deep experience in education and nonprofit management. Before joining Junior Achievement North, she served as Chief Advancement Officer at College Possible, where she led fundraising, marketing, and communications for a $30 million national organization. Previously, as Executive Director of College Possible Minnesota, she drove significant growth in both revenue and student outcomes, expanding access to college success programming for underserved students. 

A longtime champion of Junior Achievement’s mission, Sara’s connection to the organization spans decades—from volunteer and advisory board member to senior leadership roles earlier in her career. Her commitment to student success and community impact continues to shape JA North’s innovative approach to experiential learning and workforce readiness.

Her leadership has earned both national and regional recognition. Sara was honored with the Junior Achievement USA Karl Flemke Pioneer Achievement Award, recognizing exceptional contributions and leadership among first-time JA presidents nationwide. She has also been named a Minneapolis–St. Paul Business Journal “40 Under 40” honoree for her professional excellence and community impact. 

In recent years, Sara has continued to be recognized for her leadership and influence, including being named a Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal Women in Business honoree, celebrating top executives and community leaders making a lasting impact in the region. She was also awarded a Star Tribune Top Workplaces Leadership Award, recognizing her commitment to building a strong, people-centered organizational culture as voted on by her team.

Sara holds an MBA from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and a bachelor’s degree in management from Gustavus Adolphus College. She lives in the Twin Cities area with her family and remains deeply committed to developing the next generation of leaders through education, mentorship, and community partnership.
