At Traveler’s Insurance Company, citizens take on the role of insurance experts and help JA BizTown businesses stay safe and covered. They learn all about risk, workplace injuries, and property damage, and learn about the dangers of texting while driving. Citizens share their knowledge by creating powerful Public Service Announcements (PSAs), which help spread the word and keep JA BizTown informed. Along the way, citizens at Traveler’s sharpen their customer service and communication skills while making a real impact on the community.
