Program Manager – Entrepreneurship Special Programs

Corporate Events Manager
The Corporate Events Manager is a full-time position that oversees all aspects of JA North’s event fundraising, which raising over $900K annually. This position provides the organizational and relationship management needed to establish and implement coordinated events which include, but are not limited to, prospect identification and cultivation, sponsorship and solicitation, budget management, logistics, and communications. The Corporate Events Manager is a member of the Development Team, reporting to the Vice President of Corporate Partnerships. The position will focus on JA North’s events in the Twin Cities Metro Area while providing support to JA North’s seven district offices in Greater MN and ND. Learn more about joining the JA Team.

Capstone Coordinator
The Capstone Coordinator will assist with operations of Capstone (JA BizTown and JA Finance Park) Programs and help with volunteer training and support. We are searching for candidates that want the opportunity to impact the lives of young people in our community. District Manager–New Ulm, MN area
The District Manager provides oversight of the process, function, and budget management in the New Ulm area. Primary responsibilities include board management,  fundraising and brand awareness, program management, and leadership and development. The person filling this District Manager role is expected to live in the New Ulm, MN region. The position will support economic educational programs within the business and education communities.  Regional daytime travel required. The occasional evening or weekend may be required. Entrepreneur in Residence
We are searching for a JA Entrepreneur in Residence to support a Black student cohort of 20 to 30 high school students giving them access to high quality JA programs and resources specifically in the entrepreneur pathway. JA North is looking to expand impact in underrepresented communities with this cohort via authentic experiences in business planning, creation and launch of products/services, marketing and pitching the business idea to potential investors. This opportunity also allows students to experience the state-of-the-art JA North Innovation Incubator space located in our St. Paul office space.

Events Intern
The Events Intern will learn how to be a part of a professional non-profit development team. This individual will be a key member of the team, providing support for our corporate fundraising events. This role will provide valuable career experience for future employment opportunities and resume building along with excellent community networking opportunities. This position would ideally be filled by a college junior who would be invited to stay on for a second term their senior year.
