Skills & Training Hub
The MDI Skills and Training Hub uses Virtual Reality stations to guide BizTown citizens through Career exploration lessons. Career Coaches help BizTown citizens learn more about several career fields. MDI also offers training for all BizTown businesses on how to make their spaces more inclusive. It’s a fun, hands-on way to learn and grow while making a difference in the JA BizTown community!

- Greets and checks-in citizens at MDI.
- Monitors electronic paging system and schedule of citizens receiving career training.
- Greets BizTown CEOs and schedules them to meet with Inclusivity Trainer.
- Meets with CEOs to complete a short/fun touchscreen quiz about making businesses work for citizens of all abilities.
